This will be an opportunity to research cost, logistics, etc. we will need to address in order to put on a successful festival.

At the request of the VP of Fundraising- research different items needed in order to plan and put on a successful festival. This position is ideal for parents who work, but still want to have an active and important role in this process. You will share your knowledge of your research, together with the VP's put a proposal together by the end of April 2026, so the board can vote on hosting a Spring Festival in the Spring of 2027.

These positions will work together with both the VP of Fundraising and the VP of Events to help ensure the timeline is being followed. Each chair will assemble and lead a team of dedicated likeminded individuals who will assist and see the planning through to the day of the event.
